Review: The Drowsy Chaperone (Toronto)

Why is it that every time I go to type “chaperone,” I inevitably drop the second “e”? I suppose that’s a me problem.

What beautiful weather we’ve having in Toronto today. Who doesn’t love eternal winter? Fun fact: my editor wanted me to cut the line about “escaping the stubborn winter” at the top of the review because he said I’ve mentioned the weather too much in my writing recently. Ha. No. Let me climb atop my soapbox and complain. (Hi, Ryan).

My latest review is up on Next Magazine, for Shifting Ground Collective’s production of The Drowsy Chaperone. Enjoy!
